Having generalized beliefs about a specific group of people is called stereotyping. It’s bad of course, also its a form of prejudice. Stereotyping can drive you towards discriminating people, based on their race, religion, country, etc. It’s all bad, then why did I say it’s good for the brain when it actually seems to pollute it.
